We can offer exceptional value to guests wishing to have dinner in our Sea View restaurant. Simply add £31.00 to the daily room rate. The price for three course dinner for non-residents is £41.00.  Prices include VAT.

 

Evening meals are available within our Sea View hotel seven nights a week between 6.00p.m. and 9.00p.m.

We advise booking your sea-view table through our reception team to avoid disapointment

Spring Lamb Cawl

Traditional Welsh soup, young vegetables, melting Caerphilly croquette 

Fish Soup
Our own soupe de poisson, fresh fish and crab, croutons, laverbread and herbs

Penclawdd Mussels
Steamed with shallots, Hereford cider, thyme, cream and wild seashore samphire 

Hand Dived Scallops
Seared and served in their shells with parsnip purée, apple hollandaise and crisp Welsh bacon

Smoked Salmon
From the Black Mountains Smokery with celeriac remoulade and beetroot & horseradish relish

 

Main Course 

Welsh Pork

Crispy breadcrumbed belly pork, black pudding, apple mustard sauce, pickled fennel salad

Salt Marsh Lamb
Roasted rump, slow cooked shoulder croquette, minted pea purée, chicory dressing

Welsh Beef
Pan fried 21 day dry-aged ribeye, herb-crusted portobello mushroom, onion & horseradish fritters, soured cream & Perl Las blue


Seafood Platter 
Steamed local fish of the day, wilted spinach, seared scallop, mussels, crevettes with a bouillabaisse sauce

Welsh Rarebit

Sautéed leeks on sourdough toast, grilled rarebit, poached hen's egg

Risotto
Creamy leek, spinach and spelt risotto with Luddesdown goats cheese and crispy onion
